the 10th edition of the “Computer Optimized Microscopy” course will be held from 25th to 29th of June in Barcelona.

This is an intensive 5-day image analysis course mainly based on FIJI.It extends from a general view of the image processing basics to the analysis of specific optical microscopy techniques such as FRET and FRAP. Moreover the course will also provide some macro programming tools to automatize the image analysis process.
