Motorized, inverted Nikon Ti-E microscope with Perfect Focus System equipped with Yokogawa CSU-X1 spinning disc and Andor Laser launcher with 405, 491, 514, and 561 nm laser lines. The system is equipped with 20x NA 0.5, 40x NA 0.75, 60x NA 1.4 oil and 100 NA 1.4 oil objectives.
This system has a very flexible electron-multiplied CCD camera (Andor iXon EMCCD DU-885, 1004×1002 pixels, 8×8 µm). For enabling live cell experiments this system is equipped with an Okolab microscope stage incubator allowing to work at 37°C in 5% CO₂.
