The first SR microscopy user group meeting will focus on Structured Illumination Microscopy.
Fena Ochs, postdoc at CPR and Pablo Hernandez Varas, SR specialist at CFIM will talk about:

• the theory behind SIM
• sample preparation tips and tricks
• image acquisition — essential considerations to obtain good data sets
• image analysis — the black box. How to check for artifacts of SIM reconstruction

If you have some SIM data, you may want to present it (5-10 min talk) to get feedback.
